Meet Molly Kolarik
I'm a pediatric speech-language pathologist serving families across the Kansas City metro area. I bring therapy to your home—because that's where kids feel most comfortable, and where real progress happens.
Credentials: M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP
My Background
I earned my Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Missouri and hold my Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
I've worked with children ages 2 and up across a range of needs—from late talkers and articulation challenges to more complex communication differences. I have special experience supporting children with autism, and I love finding creative, play-based ways to help every child I work with.
Why I Started Kolarik Speech Therapy
After years of working in clinical settings, I realized something: kids do their best work when they're comfortable. And nothing beats the comfort of home.
I started this practice so I could give families the focused, flexible, one-on-one support they deserve—without the waitlists, rigid schedules, or rushed sessions that come with bigger clinics.
My Approach
Play-Based
Therapy should feel like fun, not work. I use games, books, and activities your child already loves to build communication skills naturally.
Family-Centered
I share simple strategies you can use at home—so progress doesn't stop when I leave.
Individualized
No two kids are alike; no two therapy plans should be either. Every session is tailored to your child's unique needs and interests.
Let's Talk About Your Child
